Individually packed 8oz e bacon chop selected and cut from whole rindless back bacon loins. The same quality bacon we use for our bacon packs just cut into thick steaks. Great as a salty alternative to pork chops or gammon steak, but these also make for a serious upgrade to your next fry up.
